Angela Drake has been appointed customer partnerships lead at InfoAgent and brings more than 15 years of automotive industry experience to the role.

She started her new job in May and has a mix of corporate experience and hands-on business ownership, giving her a practical, end-to-end understanding of how the industry operates.

Drake, pictured, says she will work closely with InfoAgent customers to understand their vehicle data needs and help them get value from the data and tools the company provides.

“The depth of experience across the business is exceptional, and I’m looking forward to helping customers unlock more value from data and technology while building strong, long-term partnerships,” she says.

Drake also owns JD’s Auto Garage, an automotive workshop in Auckland, with her husband Jesse Drake.

Her previous roles have included managing director of DriveText, a company that used artificial intelligence to help dealers create detailed car adverts.

Before that she had nearly 10 years at Trade Me, from 2012 to 2021, where she was senior national account manager and then North Island sales manager.
