Finance group expands
Speirs Finance Group has strengthened its team with Sean Coutts being appointed as commercial manager and Hayley Holt as northern business development manager.
Michelle Herlihy, chief executive officer, says they have been tasked with accelerating growth in high-priority sectors of the business and they are joining it at an exciting time as it expands what it can offer.
She adds: “Sean’s deep sector knowledge will let us deliver smarter, more flexible funding to healthcare providers nationwide, while Hayley’s energy and relationship skills will lift Yoogo Fleet’s presence in the north. We’re delighted to welcome them both.”
Coutts becomes commercial manager – healthcare. He heads the newly created division within Speirs Finance that funds medical, dental and veterinary equipment.
Coutts has more than two decades’ experience working with leading technology suppliers and is known for designing tailored capital-equipment solutions that preserve cash flow while keeping cutting-edge practices.
Holt joins Yoogo Fleet, part of Speirs Finance Group, as northern business development manager from July and will be responsible for customer growth from Taupo north.
A well-known broadcaster and former TVNZ reporter, she recently stepped back from media to study finance.
Holt’s remit includes partnering with clients to deliver customised fleet solutions that enhance business productivity through real-time visibility, guaranteed compliance and optimised asset utilisation.
She will support organisations in streamlining their fleet operations, freeing them to focus on driving their core business forward while achieving sustainability objectives.
