Changes at ComCom

Rachael Coyle has started in her new role of head of dairy, fuel and payments with the Commerce Commission.

Coyle, who is based in Wellington, has been with the regulator for 11 years and was most recently head of telecommunications in the market regulation branch. 

Louise Stephenson has become the regulatory investigations manager for the newly established team responsible for market regulation investigations.

Andrew Harrison continues as fuel manager and is the point of contact for the commission’s work on fuel work and specific fuel queries. Kimberley Foo stays in her role as payments manager. 

Matthew Lewer, head of payments, and James McIvor, manager of payment system performance, finished up on June 30.
