New face to drive group’s sales

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has announced Lennard Hoornik will be responsible for all global sales and marketing activity for the two brands after appointing him as its new chief commercial officer.
His role will also include brand positioning, current and future product planning, customer relationship management, marketing communications, brand experience strategies and supporting future growth.
Hoornik, pictured, previously spent eight years as chief commercial officer at Dyson, and has also held senior roles for Sony, Sony Ericsson, and HTC. He succeeds Felix Brautigam in the JLR post.
Thierry Bollore, chief executive officer of JLR, says: “Lennard is an excellent addition to our business and is a hugely experienced leader in bringing products to market in exciting new ways. Innovation has been a key thread in his career, making him perfectly placed to realise the potential of our Reimagine strategy.”
The company’s Reimagine programme is designed to help it achieve zero exhaust emissions by 2036 and net zero carbon emissions across supply chain, products and operations by 2039.
