Location: Wellington

Are you looking to leave the automotive workshop? Do you want more social connection?

This is a role where your outdoor view changes every day, you will be driving to members to help them get back on the road again.

We give guidance and value to our 1.8 million Members - this is the heart of the AA and defines everything we do.

This key front-line position requires exceptional communication skills with a high focus on customer service, teamwork and support activities.

You will be required to act with a high level of integrity, together with sound judgement and an eye for detail.

You will have:

- an approved Automotive Trade qualification with broad experience in all aspects of vehicle fault diagnosis and repair.

- a good understanding of technology and confidence with Microsoft products, as using a tablet will be a key part of this role. 

- a clean driving record that reflects our values at the AA.

You would be required to work shifts between 7.00am and 11.00pm as part of a 7-day roster. Shifts are between 8 to 9 hours long. The hours will vary to meet customer demand.
