AA and Vero join forces

Vero Insurance has launched an extra benefit included with all its light commercial-vehicle policies, which has been tailored for fleet and non-fleet owners.

It is Vero Roadside Assistance, delivered by AA Roadservice, and is designed to keep businesspeople on the move.

“It’s more than just a service – it’s a safeguard against business disruption,” says Sacha Cowlrick, Vero’s executive general manager of business, pictured above with Jonathan Sergel, the AA’s chief mobility officer.

“We’ve teamed up with AA Roadservice to deliver expert help when it matters most. When a light commercial is out of action, even briefly, it can throw off schedules, delay jobs and lead to lost earnings. 

“We’re helping businesses minimise downtime, stay mobile and stay in control when the unexpected happens.” 

Sergel adds: “We’ve partnered with Vero to provide roadside assistance for personal insurance customers for nearly 20 years and are pleased to see its commercial customers will now benefit from AA Roadservice.

“Many small businesses rely on staying mobile, so when a breakdown happens it can have a real impact. We hope this new offer will reassure Vero’s business customers that our expert team around the country is here to support them.”

Vero’s roadside assistance is available to all Vero and AMP customers with light commercial insurance at no additional premium.
